What this site can and cannot do
Small Claims 50 is an information directory with no account system and no case-review service. The site cannot file documents, answer questions about your specific case, or contact a court, agency or opposing party on your behalf. There is nothing to sign up for, so there is no support desk for case matters.
Case questions
Questions about your own claim belong with the court. Most state judiciaries publish self-help material and a clerk's procedural information; clerks can usually explain a procedure but cannot give legal advice. For advice on your dispute, use your state bar's lawyer-referral service or a local legal-aid office.

Each fact is checked against the official court or agency source named on the relevant page. If a published page conflicts with the official source, the official source controls, and pages are revised from those sources as changes are found.
